Let's give this a try...

The first time I tried hummus was at a friends house. I didn't get a good taste, so i didn't think I liked it. I just had the urge to try it again, so I made this Garlic Hummus recipe. It's delicious! I'm eating them with Rosemary Triscuits like my friend did. Not only is this hummus good, it contains lots of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids... So it's good for you!

Garlic Hummus
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 (16 ounce) cans garbanzo beans (chick peas) drained.
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon

Drain and rinse garbanzo beans. Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until ingredients are mixed well. If the mixture is too thick you can add water until you get it to your desired texture. This is good served with Triscuts.. I like the Rosemary kind.
